One word AMAZING!! My daughter had an awesome 12th birthday. Customer service is truly phenomenal!!! Delivery was easy to track. Set up was easy, I have hardwood floors so I did have to utilize the bundling twine. All of the linens were clean and smelled good. We used Sweet Dreams Sleepover Party Rentals for my daughter’s 8th birthday this summer. We had seven girls sleep over with an under the sea theme (using their Blush Pink themed tents) and the whole event was amazing. Ray is very responsive to any emails or calls. Make sure you read all of the details on the website about how much space you need … it is very accurate and helpful. Measure out your room to make sure it will fit. The tents were shipped & arrived exactly when Ray stated (the day before). Nothing was broken & everything was well packed. It is easy to put together, they recommend a rubber mallet but I just used my hands. We had the party on a rug floor so we didn’t need the rope (but def get rope if it’s on a wood floor). I would highly recommend Sweet Dreams for any sleepover event…the kids loved it!
